Please note the following:

• Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled or your appointment will be delayed.
• If you have health insurance please bring your insurance card.
• Only 2 to 3 people are allowed in the procedure room.
• We will provide still images of your ultrasound upon request; however, we cannot digitally record ultrasounds.
• Due to the technical nature of the appointment or procedure, we respectfully request that children do not attend your appointment(s). If it is necessary to bring children, we request that another adult accompany you to supervise the child/children during your appointment(s).
