Inpatient Rehabilitation Medical Director
Jonathan D. Myers, MD

Dr. Jonathan Myers serves as medical director of St. Luke’s Inpatient Rehabilitation services and specializes in disability rehabilitation and neuromuscular care, including:

  • Acute care consultation and disposition planning
  • Spinal cord injury care
  • Stroke, brain injury, and orthopedic rehabilitation
  • Amputation and congenital limb deficiency
  • Spasticity management (Botox, intrathecal baclofen)
  • Post-polio syndrome
  • Multiple sclerosis
  • Pediatric rehabilitation (cerebral palsy, spina bifida, developmental delay)
  • Botox (spasticty, dystonias, migraine headaches, myofascial pain, hyperhydrosis, sialorrhea, blepharospasm, bruxism, and TMJ)
  • Spasticity management (Botox, Intrathecal baclofen).” 
  • Electrodiagnostics (NCV and EMG)
  • Comprehensive spasticity management
    • Oral medication management
    • Focal chemodenervation (Botox and phenol neurolysis)
    • Intrathecal baclofen pump treatment
