St. Luke’s Center for Community Health

St. Luke’s Center for Commuity Health provides a variety of community health services for every stage of life, from childbirth and parenting to healthy aging. We offer health screenings, educational programs, and other services tailored to meet our community’s unique needs.

 

Information and Referral
Connecting people to local health and mental health care providers, social services agencies, government agencies, emergency services, and non-profit organizations.

Health and Wellness Promotion
Health education talks, events, and screenings aimed at promoting health and preventing illness.

Emergency Services
Non-perishable food, financial assistance for mental health, and access to limited funds for health-related urgent needs.

Support Groups
Breast Cancer Networking and Information Group, Cancer Support and Networking Group, New Moms Group.

Parenting and Family Education
Childbirth Education, New Moms Group, breastfeeding support, Car Seat Safety Checks, Super Sitter Seminar, puberty education, and parenting and youth classes on a variety of topics.

YAK! (Youth Adult Konnections!)
A healthy youth development initiative based on the Developmental Assets philosophy, providing programs and services for young people that help them to be safe, healthy, and active participants in our community. Click here for more Information.
